Requirements POSITION PURPOSE: To ensure the highest quality guest service and cleanliness throughout the Spa/Health Club and our outside Fitness cabana and seating areas. To assist our guests with exceptional service upon check in, check out, as well in the private facility areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Greet all guests offering assistance as appropriate. Exercise proper telephone etiquette with guests in compliance with the Hotel's terminology Responsible for being knowledgeable of all spa services, pricing, and other services provided by the Resort Responsible for assisting all guests with locker room facilities. Maintain cleanliness of fitness center, juice bar, and locker rooms. Inventory and maintain proper stock of items necessary. Insure locker room check in sheet is properly filled out, and lockers are being inventoried correctly. Other: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
