AEgis is seeking highly qualified Engineer Liaison to support the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Advanced Technology programs. Candidate will act as a focal point liaison working with HQ AFSPC and attending working/process groups, Capability Teams (CT), Requirement Leads (RL), Command Leads (CLs) and Integrated Planning Process (IPP) activities to capture capability requirements and HQ staff needs, and provide insight into SMC/AD.
Success Factors (Success factors are simply the results we want this person to deliver, in order for us to consider this person a successful hire):
30 days: Successfully in process accomplishing all security-related activities. Candidate will make contact with appropriate organizations and participate in related working groups and teams.
60 days: Interaction with other team members to gain insight regarding goals, objectives, and concerns.
90 days: Demonstration of ability to communicate requirements, participate in the PPBE process, and be focal point liaison.
Candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor s degree (Engineering or equivalent) and 5 years experience with MAJCOM level organizations and processes to include a working level knowledge of requirements generation, PPBE and concept development. Candidate must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Current SSBI highly desirable. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to be part of a cohesive team and deliver the highest quality service. Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
