AEgis is seeking highly qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for support of multiple Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) programs. Candidate will be responsible developing and maintaining master plans, requirements, design, and implementation of new functionality while performing configuration management, testing, and verification and validation activities for the military utility analysis tool known as Systems Effective Analysis Simulation (SEAS).

Candidate must possess a Master s degree (PhD, highly desirable) and at least 10 years experience in leading requirements development and design of an agent-based military utility analysis software tool. Familiarity with SEAS and/or AFSPC architectures is desirable. Candidate must have a US Top Secret/SCI Clearance with current SSBI preferred. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills; detailed knowledge of AF Space and Missiles Center (SMC) processes, organizations, and missions. Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to be part of a cohesive team and deliver the highest quality service. Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
