Responsibilities: Coordinate with foreclosure attorney, investor, vendors, and other busines units to review various municipal assessments/liens to determine whether payment needed. Work with contacts to gather appropriate documenation to ensure reimbursement of expenses. Track progress of all outstanding payment requests in Excel.
Qualifications: Previous default experience strongly preferred. Intermediate Excel skills, self-motivation, attention to detail.
