Responsibilities: The applicant will review reverse mortgage documentation, to identify events and document them on a loans timeline. Once the timeline is established, the applicant will review all CIT and third party invoices to determine what transactions can be claimed in HERMIT and filed with HUD for reimbursement. The applicant will also be needed to review loans that have already been submitted to HUD, to identify any transaction that might have been missed on the initial claim, those findings will be filled within a supplemental claim in the HERMIT system and also be file to HUD. The applicant will also need to organize all information gathered, into a cohesive package for filing and submittal to HUD.
The qualified administrator will be required to prepare, review, submit, and reconcile reverse mortgage deficiency claims being filed against qualified insurance with HUD.
Qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel proficiency.
* Proficient in Adobe standard edition
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
* Must produce a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Must work independently, and be able to work well under pressure.
* Maintain a good working relationship with other members of the department and other servicing areas.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
