We seek someone with strong analytical skills and passion for turning customer data into actionable insights to join our Famous Footwear Marketing team.

We seek people who deliver:
Efficient preparation and distribution of coupon reports and standard daily, weekly and monthly reports, including both data and key findings and insights
Accurate and timely development, deployment and reporting of all internal customer surveys
Analysis of marketing promotions to estimate incremental impact of events
Creation and preparation of reports for monthly rewards customer survey, partnering with Rewards and Planning teams to ensure timely resolution of key issues
Analysis of grand opening activities and customer retention campaign results, providing detailed analysis to Local Marketing team
Monitoring of competitor activities, summarizing results and distributing analyses, including standard weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field
2+ years experience in data-oriented role
Retail sales analysis and/or consumer research analysis/project management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize key findings from data
Experience in SPSS preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
