Responsibilities:Provides Fanatical Customer Service and exemplary quality control. Operates high-speed, digital reprographics and bindery equipment. Documents completed work in CPF job entry and tracking system. Trouble-shoots production files and escalate potential quality control or workflow concerns to Shift Operations Lead. Performs simple pre-flight digital file preparations and originals clean up. Completes job communication forms, waste tracking logs and machine maintenance summaries. Performs routine machine maintenance and equipment calibration. Answers in-coming general information inquiries Qualifications:Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of one-year service or sales experience in office products, technology services or other related environments. Other Information:Demonstrated sound judgment. Able to plan prioritize and implement detailed instructions. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong communication and listening skills to analyze customer and employee needs. Strong reading, math and writing skills. Advance computer skills. Detail-oriented with ability to organize, multi-task and process paperwork in a fast-paced environment.
