Description: An Amedisys Speech Language Pathologist will implement our industry leading Rehabilitation Disease Management programs to home health patients. Requirements: 1. Licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state. 2. One year clinical experience strongly preferred. 3. SLP-CCC 4. CPR Certified 5. Personal transportation, valid drivers license, and automobile insurance coverage.
