Spray-Dry Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Spray Dry Operator - 3rd. shift

Candidate should have 3rd shift experience in the food industry preferred in a Spray Dry Operation or any food industry experience that is trainable on 3rd shift.

Hours: 10:00PM - 6:30AM

The essential duties of the position will include but not be limited to:

1. Make emulsion properly
2. Produce spray-dried products in accordance with customer needs, GMP regulations and other guidelines.
3. Obtain proper raw materials as indicated on batch cards using forklift
4. Properly operate dryer-turn on, in process, turn off.
5. Fill containers with proper label, palletize.
6. Properly operate scrubbers & sifters. Use chemicals on quad.
7. Clean dryer using approved methods. Includes lockout and disassembly
8. Proper dryer maintenance required filters, etc.
9. Keep accurate records
10. Clean room and keep in sanitary compliance
11. Kosherize when necessary.
12. Other duties as required.

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• At lease three months to one year experience or training
• Must have a Fort-lift Certification
