JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Summary:
The New England Revolution Ticketing intern will support the Ticket Sales & Customer Service Department by assisting with the daily functions and responsibilities of the department. This position requires an individual with a personable but professional demeanor, who is confident in their abilities, detail-oriented, flexible and solutions-oriented and possesses strengths in the areas of time management, task organization/prioritization and customer service.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Participate in the development and implementation of ticketing goals and objectives
Prepare all areas of the Ticket Sales & Customer Service Department's game day duties including restocking inventory
On Revolution game days, assist with the ticketing events, initiatives and operations
Manage all fan pack inquiries and fulfillment
Assist with periodic ticket-related mailings
Perform all other duties as assigned
