ACAPS Business Analyst



Individual will leverage product, business process and systems integration expertise to perform functional strategy analysis, design, development and testing. A senior level consultant responsible to work with the business team to clearly understand business lending processes and develop new treatment processes to include:



1) Workflows

2) Table Development

3) Letter correspondence

4) Screen and reporting functionality.



This role will be responsible for:



1) Documentation of all business, functional and process requirements

2) Preparation of business cases, use cases, test cases

3) Implementation of new treatment workflows in ACAPS Split, supporting rules changes and testing conditions

4) Capture of test results

5) Participation in quality assurance reviews

6) Testing, debugging and correction of defects



Business Analyst role to work in the originations space gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and supporting the development phases. Successful candidates can work independently and take initiative in a professional manner to track the right people and answers down. Ability to decipher the data they are collecting and create/recommend solutions to go along with the requirements



REQUIRED SKILLS:



Miminim of 3 years experience with ACAPS application, client relationship skills, know how to handle themselves in client facing roles. Good communication skills. Ability to gather/document requirements, create functional designs, understanding of table changes in ACAPS, create test cases and scenarios, support testing



NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

BureauLink and Strata knowledge



HARDWARE/SOFTWARE SKILLS:

ACAPS, BureauLink, Strata knowledge; IBM Mainframe/TSO



Essential Skills Required:



Strong business analytics, excellent communications skills, ability to multitask, effective organization skills.
Bachelors degree is preferred or 8+ years of relevant work experience
