SR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - FACILITIES SERVICES

My client is a leading source of comprehensive facility support services and is seeking to hire a Sr. Account Executive to generate new business and promote growth within the Commercial Real Estate vertical. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prospect high-level, enterprise clients, close new business deals and maximize profit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* New Business development and management (prospect and develop new clients and relationships)
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Ensure customer requests/needs are met and provide solutions
* Manage and increase sales in existing accounts
* Close large enterprise-level business
* Manage sales activity and forecasting of revenue
* Collaborate with management to lead successful contract negotiation
* Meet & exceed sales quotas/goals

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Min. 5-10+ years sales experience in the facility services industry

* Documentation of sales success
* Ability to initiate and build relationships with key decision makers
* Excellent Communication skills
* Build a strong pipeline, strong negotiation skills & close new business
* Ability to multi-task & prioritize
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM

OFFERING

* Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000
* Year 1 @ plan $140,000 - $160,000
* Uncapped Commissions
* Fantastic Benefits
