JOB DESCRIPTIONSr. Accounting Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions - Kohler, WI

Assist the VP - Leading Edge Strategy & Business Development and Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions in the identification, research, evaluation, due diligence review and integration of acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other business ventures on a global basis, across all business groups (K&B, Power, Interiors and Hospitality & Real Estate). Establish and maintain systems for monitoring M&A market activity, as well as relevant acquisition prospects, including accurate and timely information flow regarding specific acquisition prospects and transactions.
B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable, or Generalist college background but with demonstrated analytical capability; MBA preferred. Three to five years of experience in business management, investment banking, consulting or public accounting. Ability and willingness to meet deadlines in a collapsed timeframe through flexibility in work mode and hours.
