The role of Sr. Analysts, Applications Support in Bothell, Washington will contribute to T-Mobile's success by helping to support the Web UIs, backend integration applications and Content Management Systems that comprise the website experience. Lead initiatives and projects to resolve complex technical issues. Be part of a team that reacts quickly to the needs of a fast paced business environment. Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Sr. Analysts, Applications Support will be responsible for the following:
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in a core functional Application Support Discipline Web Support.Forecast and plan for supporting both applications functionality and capacity requirements in a rapidly growing, changing and complex environment.Protect and ensure the stability of the operational systems as well as maintain the integrity of the data they contain.Assist in determining the impact and root cause of operational issues and provide input into their resolution via data extraction and quantification.Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences. Apply experience in Windows, IIS 7.0/7.5, IP, Load Balancer, HTTP, FTP, HTML, XML, ASP, SQL, Oracle, JAVA;Apply experience in Windows Active Directory/Authentication System;Apply experience with Networking/Firewall/PROXY/DNS infrastructure components;Apply knowledge of VB, VBScript, JavaScript;Apply experience writing, debugging and tuning SQL and PL/SQL, Packages, Procedures, Functions and Triggers;Apply experience with scripting languages, including PHP, Pearl and/or Python;Apply experience working with Java Virtual Machines from a support and troubleshooting perspective; andApply experience working with WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, .NET and IIS.We Take Equal Opportunity Seriously - By Choice T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
