It currently serves approximately 58 million wireless subscribers and provides products and services through 70,000 points of distribution.The Sr. At Work Planning Manager reports to the Director of Channel planning and Strategy and has program responsibility, and leadership support for specific channels and geographies. This role will work cross functionally with Marketing, and SOE teams on strategic projects that impact At Work execution and performance. This role will indirectly influence process improvement to ensure maximum efficiencies, effectiveness and consistency in selected geographies and/or channels. Regular communications and participation in Area level calls as well as serving as a single POC for Area level Leadership will be crucial to success for the person in this role.Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience or similar cross-functional program leadership roleAct as Area single point of contact for all At Work initiatives, owning At Work projects and programs. Manage Area strategic planning, ensuring leadership vetting and support. Provide support and suggestions on how to influence sales execution. Liaison between the field and HQ; develop and manage partner relationships with leadership in the Area Retail and TPR channels, as well as Corporate Groups to implement initiatives to grow and maximize channel results. Drive cross functional alignment and collaboration. Manage assigned Area Communications including weekly field communications, strategic updates to Area leaders and attending meetings. Identify process improvement opportunities and create plan of action to improve efficiencies and effectiveness across At Work channel.
