EPPENDORF IS LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC, HANDS-ON SR. BENEFITS ANALYST TO JOIN OUR HIGH-PERFORMING HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM IN OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN ENFIELD, CT.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Sr. Benefits Analyst will have the opportunity to analyze, make recommendations regarding design, and administer employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, life, disability and retirement plans. Our ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical and industry-focused knowledge of retirement, healthcare, and other benefits-related knowledge as our team works together to implement best practices and process improvements.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

* 3-5 years of full scope benefits administration including health, welfare and retirement plans

* Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA

* Strong knowledge of federal and state benefit and tax legislation

* Advanced MS Office skills

* Strong working knowledge of ADP
