Leads cross-functional, strategic projects while also leading internal projects and process improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will assist in gathering data performing/leading quality monitoring for REMS and contracted AE/PC requirements to support business process enhancements and resolve issues. Analyze, gather and document business requirements for contracted AE/PC and REMS requirements as programs are implemented and enhanced.
Lead and oversee new program implementations as it pertains to Pharmacy Practice related items. Example contracted AE/PC training requirements, enrollment form development, technology to drive contract and REMS compliance.
Develop and perform routine audit processes relating to REMS and contracted AE/PC reporting requirements. Participate in recommendations for improvements of process and administrative issues or inefficiencies that impact the program. Develop and distribute graphs and charts showing trending of audit findings to the business leads for evaluation and action.
Analyze, gather and document REMS and contracted AE/PC new products and product enhancements. Maintain close relationships with internal departments in order to coordinate ancillary activities
Problem resolution. Provide options to resolve issues and problems arising from audit findings or process oversight.
Mentor other team members. Prioritize projects and day to day work flow for self and other team members, including direct reports when applicable.
Provide direct support and oversight (internal and external) including, but not limited to conference calls, meetings, customer problem resolution, process development/ enhancement, audit, and audit prep to support the activities Specialty Pharmacy Practice Initiatives.
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Access, Excel or other PC based database tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, (i.e., presentation and written, listening, phone).
Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required.
Effective communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management.
Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently with minimal direction.
