Rockwell Collins Manufacturing Master Data team supports the creation and maintenance of SAP ECC 6.0 Material Master, Manufacturing Bills of Materials, Routings, Work Centers, Document Information Records, and Production Resource Tools. The team also provides support for interfaces between SAP ECC 6.0 and Product Data Management (PDM), Work Instruction System (CIM/COMPASS), and a Component Management System (IMPACT).
This position involves working as a cross functional team member in defining and delivering business solutions for Manufacturing Master Data Management and Factory Floor Solutions.
The candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills;
-Knowledgeable of new product development and discrete manufacturing processes. -Understanding of electronic assembly manufacturing and work instructions. -Proficient with SAP Material Master, Bills of Materials, Routes, and Work Center objects and relationship to MM/PP functionality. -Knowledge of SAP Document Management System, Equipment PRT's (Production, Resource & Tools) and Equipment Bills of Materials a plus. -Conversant of SAP ECC 6.0 table structures and skilled in SQL. -Experienced in IT design and delivery methodologies. Requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, solution design and specification, testing, training and solution delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and four years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, ten years of related experience.

US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) is required.
