Sr. Business Partner Hispanic Relations and Communications

Title: Sr. Business Partner Hispanic Relations ensures timeliness, accuracy, and overall quality. Outlines processes, best practices, and leverages resources available to support department's operations. * Write communication in Spanish using original messages in English or only Spanish communications for materials that cannot be translated, to ensure accuracy of communication objectives. * Identify opportunities to improve training and communication within the Stores and DCs. Requirements * 4 year college degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Latin American Studies, or Education * 5 7 years minimun of related work experience * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Deep understanding of Spanish grammar and the impact of communication messages throughout a diverse Spanish speaking audience * Understanding of cultural differences among Spanish speakers * Excellent systems and process understanding * Strong initiative * Able to quickly build credibility with clients * Excellent project management/organization skills with the ability to multi task and manage time effectively Desired Requirements * Retail operations experience * One to two years executive level experience working in Target stores * Spanish native speaker * Benefits Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
