ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
CuraScript Specialty Distribution (CuraScript SD) complements our specialty pharmacy services by offering healthcare providers and alternate sites seamless access to a complete portfolio of specialty pharmaceuticals and ancillary supplies, ensuring the patients continuity of care. Headquartered in Lake Mary, Fla., CuraScript SDs nationwide distribution platform ships to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico and Guam with two distribution centers:
our main facility in Grove City, OH, and a secondary facility in Tempe, AZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for designing and implementing creative decision making reporting applications for use by external Pharma customers. This position is responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of data analysis solutions to multiple constituents within a Pharma sales and manufacturing organization through a variety of delivery methodologies including the Galileo Web Portal, Xcelsius Dashboards and mobile applications. The ability to facilitate the discovery of comprehensive technical requirements from non-technical sources is critical to the successful performance of this position. 1. Provide SME in the areas of technical design and implementation of reporting and dashboarding solutions using existing software resources including:
Xcelsius Business Objects XI Mobile development applications (Apple and/or Android) 2. Internal coordination of efforts across multiple functional areas (project implementation & design management) including:
Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT (AS400/.NET), Business Intelligence (Galileo development), Marketing, Pharma Sales, Implementation, and Data Warehouse & Reporting 3. IT requirement documentation and coordination of UAT testing for:
Turning Point (AS400) enhancements, client requested Web Portals (.NET), Galileo reporting (Business Objects) and Galileo dashboards (Xcelsius/Flash) 4. Existing and prospective client relationship management inclusive of:
Identification of evolving program/product requirements Development and packaging of new product offerings Communication of implementation status 5. Comprehensive design and maintenance of new and existing data sources (Business Objects data universes, third party data sources, etc.) 6. Demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills when communicating to prospective and existing customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Formal Education and/or Training:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Years of Experience:
5-8 years relevant work experience required or 3-5 years with a Masters degree in a related field; Experience in 3PL, Distribution or a Pharmaceutical related organization strongly preferred Computer or Other Skills:
Business Objects XI; AS400; MS Office; Experience with Xcelsius, Apple or Android development tools preferred Knowledge and Abilities:
Outstanding organizational and communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal clients; Ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet critical deadlines; Technical knowledge to translate vague customer requirements/requests into actionable and well-defined IT requirements; Creatively minded in the identification of new potential products and revenue streams; Strong analytical skills
