Job Description
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Access control
- (At-Task): Working with internal users/clients to develop and modify useful, logical, customized workflow infrastructures to suit their needs
- (NICE): Interact with Coaches and Process Managers to gather requirements for building forms for call model evaluations
- (NICE): Interact with other lines of business --Workforce Management and Call Center Application Management (application owner)--to leverage system data to meet our needs.
- Work with Operational Excellence manager, Process Managers and Coaches in our department to strategize ways to utilize tools for optimal results.
- Troubleshooting
- Help desk assistance
- Training users
- Partnering with other internal teams (Portfolio Profitability and Optimization, Systems, and others as needed) to develop and deliver performance reporting based on AtTask and NICE system data.
