JOB DESCRIPTIONROLE SR C# DEVELOPER
MANDATORY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Experience in building and supporting long-running, distributed, fault-tolerant backend systems
Expertise in C#, MVC, Windows Back-end Services Development, XML, XSD, XSLT, and SQL
Understanding and working knowledge of Windows server/OS migration
Expertise in C#, .Net, Middleware, IIS Sever
Must have experience of .net frame work
Should have experience in messaging JMS etc
Should have experience in Oracle SQL and power shell scripting
Should have worked in windows clustering projects and have knowledge in schedulers
Must have good experience in Version control Tools
Experience of Oracle databases and Db Data Adapter classes, and data caching products (like Object Store or Oracle Coherence)
Must have experience in onsite / offshore model projects
Candidates should have a passion for driving improvements to the current state
Must have very good analytical and problem solving skills
Should have very good communication skills
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for supporting the C#.net applications and maintenance
Responsible for designing, Develop and implementing the applications
Should be involved in developing complex .net frame work components
Review current applications technology platform and design new components in .net that integrate with this system
Preferred Microsoft certified developer
Airline domain knowledge is preferable.
This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with senior managers, come up with new strategies, come up with quick solutions
Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
Responsible to leverage the latest technologies and direct/lead the team in an onsite/offshore.
Should coordinate with offshore for the timely deliverables
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Airline operations business knowledge
Total experience in required skill (years) 7-9 years
