Requires excellent customer service focus, decision-making, creative and innovative problem-solving, project leadership abilities and presence, as well as stellar communication skills, positive attitude, and executive maturity. Independent judgment and discretion are highly prized qualities as most duties performed are of a highly critical and confidential nature. Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize business demands, anticipate needs, be proactive, and take initiative is also crucial.8-10+ years' experience as a strong OD Consultant with an emphasis in organization design, change management, and team effectivenessDemonstrated experience working with senior management, including C-suiteOutstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrityAbility to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situationsAbility to work independently, but a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-taskExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Lead complex and strategic organization development consulting engagements with multiple C-level or VP client groups from design through implementationWork collaboratively with HRBPs in identifying business client challenges and creating OD projects that improve client organizational capabilitiesForm, lead, and optimize project teams of consultants and HRBPs in the design and delivery of projectsContract with executive clients for consulting project outcomesProvide consultation and subject matter expertise in the following areas:
Facilitate business leaderships definition, evaluation, and implementation of new organizational structure. Change Management:
Consult with business leaders through the whole change lifecycle, including analysis of change impacts, managing stakeholders, and development of a transition plan. Team Effectiveness:
Consult with clients regarding the development of effective teamsFacilitate the creation of enhancements to strategy, structure, process, culture, or community.
