Senior Coordinator, Budget Control

The Senior Coordinator, Budget Control will require exceptional administrative skills and entry level knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning and Budget Control, the Senior Coordinator’s duties include:
• Data entry of budget and forecast numbers and journal entries into the general ledger;
• Preparation of billing authorizations and accounts payable voucher cover sheets;
• Run and distribute revenue and expense detail reports;
• Analyze variances on the monthly revenue and expense reports ;
• Update department Excel worksheets as necessary;
• Filing and other projects as assigned.
To qualify, candidates should have or be working toward a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Advanced Word and Excel skills are required as well as excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Candidates with knowledge of Lawson software are preferred.
