Sr. Cost Analyst (PAX-16-1395-Z) Cost Analyst to provide program office cost estimating, budget support and program analysis functions for the fast paced and diverse program office. Essential Job Function: Responsibilities will include preparing cost analysis and program estimates plus all aspects of cost estimating to include risk analysis, statistical analysis of program cost data, as well as economic analysis of key indicators and proposal evaluation, often under quick timelines. Provide some parametric cost analysis, data collection and normalization, system architecture trade studies, model development, special studies, as well as technology readiness level analysis. Requirements Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and 10 years of experience is required. Candidate must possess recent experience in performing Life Cycle Cost Estimates, CERs development, and experience with cost estimating tools and model development. NAVAIR experience required. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. Physical Demands: The office environmental conditions consist of computer stations and desks with adequate and adjustable lighting. Chairs are designed to fit the various individuals and the tasks being performed. Ergonomic evaluations are completed as needed, to provide up to date modifications to all work stations. If the position requires, an applicant must pass a pre-employment criminal background history check.
