Quest Group has currently partnered with a rapidly growing company in Atlanta to hire an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the effort of data modernization. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in architecting and modeling of enterprise scale databases, and design and implementation of MDM solutions. Responsibilities include:


Responsibilities

. Define vision, strategy and principles for data management.
. Define standards for naming, describing, governing, managing, modeling, cleansing, enriching, transforming, moving, storing, searching and delivering all data within the enterprise.
. Inform and interpret data project sponsors.
. Develop process improvements, analytical frameworks, share expertise with others, mentor and continually strive to improve overall contributions.
. Responsible for developing, designing and implementing data integration solutions.
. Architect data acquisition, transformation and data load processes.
. Lead database modeling, working with interface specifications and manage processes that involves how data is integrated into our IT architecture.
. Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of data and analytics projects and initiatives.
. Ability to address issues of data migration, including validation, clean-up and mapping.
. Create conceptual, logical and physical data models.
. Create best practices for data loading and extraction.
. Supervise design throughout implementation process.
. Be able to coordinate standardization of data from multiple third-party applications.
. Perform necessary activities to drive standard definitions of facts and dimensions, and will need to understand the importance of data dictionaries and integration strategies in the cloud.

Job Experience:

Experience

. Proven professional experience with database development and data analysis.
. Experience with prototyping and automating data integration processes.
. Experience developing processes and data mining using the big data technologies.
. Experience managing a team of data architects and integration specialists through a complete project lifecycle.
. Expert knowledge of SAS and SQL, SnapLogic, Talend, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce


Education

-Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
