JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Sr. Director of Process Improvement must be adept at problem solving with superior leadership and communication skills. The Sr. Director must be able to demonstrate the above skills cross functionally and at the officer level - working closely with Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Vice Presidents and providing critical information to the Executive Committee. The person in this role must be able to provide oversight to multiple concurrent initiatives being lead by their teams.
Position will have 3 to 5 direct reports.
More than ten years experience and or training in Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma or related process methodologies a plus
Ability to oversee large scale, cross functional and high dollar project management. Ability to manage a team managing complex projects to completion. Superior communication, verbal, written presentation skills. Successfully manages and navigates across organizational boundaries. Successful in managing diverse skill sets. Ability to take a business issue/opportunity and develop appropriate, creative approaches.
Requires excellent computer application skills including MS Office, MS Project and Oracle based applications.Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Essbase, Visio, Oracle based systems knowledge, COGNOS
