General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer/Computer Scientist to join our team. The position provides an opportunity to develop and advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nations fundamental defense services. This position will perform algorithm development, analysis, and real-time implementation of Image Formation Processors for complex imaging systems. This position works with a development team to perform system analysis, design, development, coding, and testing. Individual should be capable of developing innovative and creative solutions to engineering problems drawing on strong analytic capability, knowledge of signal processing, and C/C++ programming. Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), image processing, Linux, Matlab, FPGA or GPU programming is a plus.
