ProLogic is seeking a Senior Enterprise Analyst in our Pittsburgh, PA location.
Elicit and document business level requirements based upon customer needs.
Develop, evaluate, and select solutions and technology that are within customer budget and best aligns with customer vision once implemented.
Obtain consensus approval for the implementation of a selected solution from technology and business stakeholders.
Validate that delivered solutions satisfy objectives and align with long term business goals.
Establish and maintain enterprise architecture processes and standards.
Participate in process/tool improvements and drive quality initiatives
Follow CMMI Level 3 or higher policies and procedures
Create and manage project schedules
Report task progress using written and oral communications
Understand business objectives, priorities and company's vision.
Proactively assess and adjust team's objectives, priorities and tasks so that they remain aligned with higher level objectives and vision.
Evangelize the importance of enterprise architecture and facilitate the creation of enterprise architecture designs by mentoring technical staff.
Select and recruit enterprise architecture human resources.
Manage enterprise architecture human resources to achieve contract milestones.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in applicable degree
Minimum 7+ years experience
Must be a US Citizen
