Job Summary:
Ensure DCP Midstream equipment operates in a safe and efficient manner and is in compliance with industry codes, company standards and jurisdictional laws. Performs inspections on vessels, boilers, piping, tanks and other equipment using a variety of non-destructive testing methods. Maintain inspections documentation database (UltraPipe). Coordinates annual plant and field inspections of pressure vessels, piping, tanks, fired equipment and boilers. Evaluates the condition of equipment and provides recommendations regarding the integrity and continued service of this equipment as well as any required repairs. Work with operations supervisors and engineering to help ensure that all piping and vessel repair work and new installations are done in accordance with regulatory, industry and DCP codes and standards. Evaluate welding procedures for the intended application. Assist with welder testing/qualification of DCP and contract welders. Provides service primarily to operations and engineering personnel within the division. Will provide supervision to third party inspection agencies.

Basic Qualifications:
Currently hold API 510 and 570 certifications and NDE Level II Certifications for MT, PT, UT, VT and RT
Associate or bachelors technology degree
Minimum of five (5) years previous experience regarding pressure vessels and piping; design, construction, repair inspection and operation
2-3 years previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel at a professional level

Desired Qualifications:
-Experience Facilitating RBI evaluations
-Experience with UltraPIPE
5+ years previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel at a professional level
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Currently hold API 510 and 570 certifications and NDE Level II Certifications for MT, PT, UT, VT and RT
