JOB DESCRIPTION

span Sr. FINANCIAL ANALYST br   br This position is responsible for monthly financial analysis and projection, month-end close and reporting, and annual budget completed in a timely and accurate manner.  This position is also responsible for enhancing manufacturing cost analysis model and participating in ERP system improvement across the company including its overseas manufacturing subsidiary. This position needs to contact with senior management and other departments across the company (including overseas subsidiary) which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.   br   br JOB FUNCTIONS: br   br • Prepare financial statements by entity and consolidated; Analyze monthly and YTD variance to budget; Prepare ad-hoc and special financial reports for operational review and decision making. br • Deliver in-depth analysis on gross margin and manufacturing cost variances from both financial budget and manufacturing process/component levels. br • Participate as part of leadership team in evaluating and enhancing ERP function and implementing ERP system upgrade. Review and recommend enhancements to financial and operating processes. br • Develop and enhance cost analysis model and database including quote, pre-production and post-production analysis; Assist in establishing effective operating budget and control procedure. br • Prepare out-month P&L, B/S, cash flow forecast and ratio/covenant projection. br • Responsible for annual financial budgeting by entity and consolidated. br • Collaborate and communicate to inquiries from executives and other company-wide managers. regarding manufacturing cost, transfer price, customer evaluation and other special reporting requests. br • Perform other duties as assigned. br   br EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: br   br • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field of study.  CPA or MBA is a plus. br • Minimum 3+ years as financial analyst and/or 5+ years of related experience in finance/accounting br • Experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred. br • Experience or Knowledge with Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus. br   br If this position fits your background; send your resume to christine.cohen@parkerlynch.com br /span
