This role supports the operations of the El Paso plants. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, passionate about manufacturing, and committed to continuous improvement.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Point of contact for all performance measurement indicators of the facility

* Lead the quarterly forecasting process

* Develop strong understanding of the manufacturing process, identify challenges, and provide recommendations to improve financial results

* Provide support during physical inventory

* Drive standardization and simplification of reporting locally and among other facilities in the organization

BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE:



* Experience in manufacturing environment 2-3 years

* Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

* Positive attitude

* Flexibility to change focus as priorities evolve

* Experience in systems to include (Essbase, Excel, SQL, SAP)

* Communication skills to all levels of the organization
