Financial Analyst
Under direct supervision, responsible for conducting or assisting in the documentation of simple to complex financial analysis. May work with teams in developing and performing moderately complex cost/benefit analysis. Ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Performs operating budget planning, forecast and actuals analysis.
- Assists with establishment of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for RCU (Rockwell Collins University), Tuition Reimbursement Program, and Global Leadership Development Program.
- Works with RCU School Leads to understand timing of course delivery and convert information to financial forecast.
- Will work in SAP Project Systems module to track RCU costs, and EGPR System to procure services for RCU.
- Performs periodic benchmarking analyses of training costs in industry

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and four years of related
experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, ten years of
related experience.
