span A Sr. Financial Analyst job located in Redmond, WA. This opening is fast growing company that has been experiencing growth domestically and internationally. The Sr. Financial Analyst will have a direct impact towards creating improvements and helping key internal customers drive the company towards continued growth. MBA or BA in Finance with at least 5 to 8+ years of FP&A experience with increased responsibilities in a mid-size to large company highly desired. This important addition to the team will be working closely with the CFO, CEO, and other Senior Managers throughout its domestic and international operations. br span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;'   br Responsibilities include: br   br • With-in first 3 months, immediately start working on identifying current budgets with existing managers throughout multiple locations and markets. Upon completion, this person will be involved in helping to create improvements in these budgets and forecasts that will be centered on helping create structure and forecasting accuracy as the company grows quickly. br • Assist with the planning, budgeting and forecasting activities; including capital project and resource allocation reviews, and statistical and financial modeling of assumptive scenarios in support of key business decision-making. br • Evaluate financial and operational performance and provides suggestions for areas of improvement. br • Responsible for the compilation and analysis of financial and operational data required for quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting. br • Evaluates and investigates financial and operational reporting of high dollar or high profile transactions. br • Communicates financial and operational performance results, and participates in the development of formal recommendations and presentations to client's leadership team and business partners. br • Special projects and other functions as required by senior manage   br   br Qualifications: br   br • MBA or Bachelors in Finance / Accounting br • 5 to 8+ years of Financial, Planning, and Analysis experience for a mid to large size company br • Software:  Adv.
