Sr. Foreign A/P Rep

* Responsible for Prepayments of Foreign suppliers * Responsible for reviewing debit memos and return notifications. Reports to Assistant Manager findings and recommendations of write offs. * Works closely with Product to resolve shortage and pricing issues. * Assists the Assistant Manager on workflow of matching foreign invoices to receivers. * Manages workflow of matching foreign freight invoices to receivers. * Provides guidance and training to other Accounts Payable Representatives. * Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the Company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC?s mission. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

Requirements:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: q Associate?s degree or the equivalent is required. q Minimum of four years Accounts Payable experience is required. SKILLS: q In depth knowledge of 3 way match process. q Good mathematical and basic accounting skills are required. q Good interpersonal skills are required. q Good spreadsheet software skills are required. q Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required.
