Job Description

Our client is a well known University & Hospital, and they are seeking to add multiple Sr. Level Helpdesk Analysts to their staff in Alhambra, CA. The position offers outstanding benefits - excellent healthcare, great 401k, education benefit for the entire family, good vacation, etc!!! The salary range on the position upon conversion is $55-$60k. We are looking for the best in the business to join our client! Position is a 5 month contract to hire.

We have 3 shifts available:
1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM


Requirements:
- 4+ years of Helpdesk experience, providing the highest level of customer service to users
- Windows/Mac/iPad/iPhone experience all desired
- Hospital application experience is desired, but not required (Cerner would be ideal)
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook all desired
- Bachelor's degree a major plus

All employees must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and must be able to provide good references.
