Sr Instrumention and Control Engineer I and C Assistant Mgr

Senior Instrumention & Control Engineer / Assistant Manager position. Responsible for the I&C project activities and supervising I&C engineers/designers. Interface with vendors, engineering, contractors, site startup personnel. Adhere to project budgets for MH's and instrument purchases. Review customer's proposal specifications, and schedule, for I&C content. Develop instrument cost estimates. Develop binary and analog logic diagrams for DCS programming. Develop I/O data base for customer's DCS. Represent company during the customer's DCS Factory Acceptance Tests. Generate I&C valve specifications for purchase. Develop bid analysis. Participate with the formulation of P&ID's. Review instrument installation, connection and location drawings. Perform detailed drawing reviews for mechanical equipment packages for instrument and control content. Develop comprehensive instrument data base. Develop Standards for instrument specifications and logic diagrams.Position is with a major engineering and construction firm.

Requirements

Electrical Engineering degree.Knowledge of I&Cs related to BOILER, AQCS,
FGD, or SCR systems, I&C valve specification, PLCs, SAMA diagrams, boolean
logic diagrams. I&C design and project engineering for power plant projects
would be ideal.
