Senior Maintenance Technician, Esterline Control Systems MASON

Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot equipment problems & perform root cause analysis

* Performs repairs on manufacturing equipment.

* Must have good mechanical & electrical comprehension, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. up to five times daily, occasionally moving much heavier items (i.e. 175 lbs with moving equipment).

* Performs scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually)

* May perform other maintenance & repair tasks on manufacturing tooling, equipment, & facilities

* May support facility, environmental, & safety requirements

* Will be actively involved in the implementation & sustaining of TPM & SMED

* Develop & maintain critical spare parts inventory

* Be able to enter & retrieve maintenance data in database

* Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above

* Understand and live by Esterline s ethics and business conduct policies

This employee must be able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Have an understanding of and follow safe work practices.
Good communication skills and ability to get along well with others is essential.
Have familiarity with PC running Windows & maintenance software.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
High school education or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
