Core Responsibilities:

* Participate in the development and management of the company s Industry Relations strategy, operating plan, and budget (10%)

* Work directly with the US Sales and Industry Relations Leaders to secure all strategic plans and develop and maintain a standardized executive overview template to be used in customer executive meetings and external industry events to drive consistent integration of branding, mission, vision and values into all internal and external communications (20%)

* Plan, write and execute all Sales Operations and Industry Relations internal and external communications including but not limited to price increases, recalls, industry news, government relations and corporate affairs topics (25%)

* Lead the communications and distribute of sales, brand, HR and execution updates to the U.S. Sales Team by working cross functionally with our Business Units, HR, Sales Finance, Field Execution and Sales Operations teams and supports the strategy around internal communications (20%)

* Own all communication tools for US Sales to include Sales New News, SharePoint maintenance and Town Hall execution (15%)

* Assist in the organization, execution and management of conferences, industry relations meetings and special events (10%)

* Advises Sales leaders as to the benefits and risks of various communication approaches

* Maintain a keen awareness of industry landscape and trends affecting the business


* Bachelor degree in business, marketing, finance or other applicable field of study required

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in industry relations, finance, marketing, planning and development, or corporate communication positions for a public company or a consulting agency

* Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary with strong interpersonal skills

* Excellent organizational and project management skills

* Proven ability to develop and maintain successful internal and external business relationships is essential

* Skilled at planning, prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail

* Experience in developing and successfully executing communications plans

* Ability to travel based on business need is required
