Sr. Manger with strong technical and management skills needed.

The Sr. IT Manager of Virtualization is responsible for leading a team that manages the architecture, design and administration of the VMWare, Hyper-V and Citrix infrastructures. This position requires a high level of technical expertise in virtualization technologies and practices as well as excellent process definition and management skills. The ideal candidate will be service oriented, have strong leadership skills and a proven track record for building highly effective teams.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years leading and managing large Enterprise infrastructure technical teams
• Extensive experience architecting and managing VMWare, Hyper-V and Citrix
• 5+ years administering HP servers
• 5+ years building and developing technical resource skills-sets, and ITILv3 processes (ideally with incident management). • 5+ years of IT Program, project Management or related experience with IT portfolio management.
• Experience working with Off-shore teams a plus
• Experience managing backup and recovery, patching and server administration is a plus
