Primary Purpose: The Sr. Manager, People Development, will serve as a key member of Coach s People Development Team, supporting several client groups and managing People Development initiatives. This position will report to the Sr. Director People Development and will contribute through learning and people development initiatives to the evolution of the Coach culture which is deeply rooted in quality, client satisfaction, integrity, innovation and collaboration.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in People Development to support the following responsibilities...
People Development Curriculum:
Assist in designing and facilitating company wide training solutions
Manage vendor relationships for open enrollment and intact team sessions.
Support and enhance new hire orientation and onboarding programs
Customized Learning Solutions:
Support departments and clients within the organization by creating and implementing customized training and team building solutions, including, assessment, design, and delivery of teambuilding, off sites, training and employee development.
Develop strong partnerships with HR Generalists.
Corporate Initiatives:
Support the rollout and implementation of Global People Development initiatives
Partner with People Development team to ensure alignment with People Development initiatives and achievement of team goals.
Partner with Human Resources Generalists and Talent Acquisition to support client group needs in a collaborative and effective way.
Collaborate with the global HR community and the various global business units to support People Development initiatives.

An outstanding professional will have...
8 + years of OD and/or Training experience.
Undergraduate degree.
Advance degree preferred, but not required.
Established certification in content (such as Situational Leadership) and assessment tools and methodologies (such as MBTI, EQi, etc.) preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
