Now we're looking for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to join our team. And if you're the right person, we'd like to make you a deal:

IF YOU:

*

Manage the preparation of all SEC filings, including quarterly (Form 10-Q) and annual (Form 10-K) periodic filings, related earnings release materials and investor presentations to ensure compliance with SEC rules and regulations, compliance with U.S. GAAP guidance and consistency across all communications
*

Review of quarterly financial statements including balance sheets, shareholder's equity, and cash flow
*

Able to author MD&A in SEC filings with minimal need for editing by Senior Director, External Reporting and Technical Accounting
*

Ensure complete and accurate supporting documentation of financial and other information used in external reporting, including financial statements, earnings releases and supporting information, and earnings release scripts
*

Establish and maintain close coordination with corporate development, legal, functional department heads, and FP provide interpretation and document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner
*

Review, author, update, and revise technical accounting memorandum and corporate accounting policies, as needed
*

Research accounting literature and apply technical standards to complex business transactions
*

Also will split half time with technical accounting working with the GL accounting and international teams
*

Oversee the external financial audit process, including audit planning and coordination
*

You must have:

*

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
*

10+ years public accounting and public company experience required
*

3-5 years with a Big4 CPA firm _PREFERRED_
*

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
*

International manufacturing public company experience, preferred
*

Demonstrated success in process improvement
*

Flexibility to meet growing company needs
