Manage all levels of CBA staff. Manage CBA site
activities. Assist with budget development and monitoring. Independently lead
and manage very complex cross site/cross functional projects. Assign priorities
to workload, identify ownership of task/divisions. Interface with business
units to identify and clarify current and future business requirements,
support, and training needs. Communicate status to business units. Identify
resource and training needs.
Management: Hire, mentor, develop
team members at multiple skill levels.
Assign clients, develop level appropriate ownership responsibilities for
* Work Flow/Project Management: Develop, implement, and provide on-going
improvement to cross-site. Process
improvement and standardization. Assign
projects, identify other developmental opportunities for staff. Monitor work load, partner with other CBA
managers and other CBA sites to ensure work completed within department
guidelines. Lead very complex cross site/cross functional projects. Assign
other projects to appropriate staff and provide necessary support, training,
* Interface with business units: Work with other internal departments to streamline
interdepartmental functions/tasks to improve work flow and customer
service. Communicate progress and
status of request processing to Account Management. Identify and monitor system enhancements to
benefit system tools.
* Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy of the system set up of
the client demographic and benefit plan design structure. Ensure that all
quality assurance activities are performed according to department policy.
Identify, communicate, and resolve problems causing repetitive plan design or
* BS degree in business management or Pharm D.
in Pharmacy with current licensure * 4-5 years health care experience
* Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent understanding of prescription drug
benefit and managed health care * Proven management and leadership abilities.
* Excellent analytical skill and tracking
* Excellent written and oral communication
skills and the ability to work effectively with various levels of employees.
