Riverbed is seeking a support renewals leader with a proven track record of driving revenue and meeting renewal rate targets for our renewals team. This leader must be passionate about developing teams, coaching, identifying and removing obstacles, in pursuit of exceeding targets and developing a sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES _(essential job duties)_

* Create strategy and oversee daily execution of a team of the Americas Renewal team.
* Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual renewal targets and provide senior management with an accurate forecast and risk analysis of all assigned accounts with in the team
* Provide hands-on coaching to illustrate and prove best practices
* Provide strong goal-oriented leadership and participate in recruiting, mentoring, discipline and training activities
* Manage competing priorities in a high volume transaction environment
* Work with internal resources (Sales, Customer Success, Account Executives, etc.) to develop comprehensive 'win' strategies for renewals
* Identify customer requirements, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal rates
* Provide direction and management to team members to ensure employee engagement, satisfaction and success
* Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates
* Help develop and educate renewal best practices across the team
* Closely monitor at risk accounts, work with Customer Success, Support, Sales, Channel and Services leadership to resolve customer issues and help remove barriers for the team
* Address all renewal related escalations for No. America and key point of contact for key accts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

* 7 Years of Experience
* Bachelor's Degree / ore equivalent experience
* 3 years of experience managing/supervising others
* 5 years of renewals experience
* Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
* Strong skill set in all aspects of management role, including sales, account management, channel management, forecasting, performance to quota, mentoring staff, leading, directing, assigning work and holding staff accountable.
