Job Description
Position could be Located in Salt Lake City or Milwaukee or Mid-West USA. However, must have easy access to GE and other big OEM companies. Job Description **We are looking for someone who can navigate through some big OEM clients, like GE, and help establish a larger footprint and hold with big OEM companies and its key decision makers. **We need someone who has worked in GE or has sold to GE or other similar OEM companies and work their way into decision makers get into opportunities we need someone who can really get Varian in the big OEM companies. Varian have deals with GE and other OEM companies, but not big deals and consistent partnerships. We are looking to enhance those relationships to make Varian their top partner. The right candidate must demonstrate: * The ability to be a team leader and provide professional leadership and coordination for a team on a single, key national account. * The ability to coordinate company personnel and resources to support and maximize obtainable business opportunities within a strategic account. * Sells the organization s products or services to, and maintains relationships with, typically one to three existing national named accounts. * Manages sales activities for assigned national named accounts, rather than an assigned territory. * Primary point-of-contact sales manager for account regardless of account s geographic location. * Coordinates company personnel and resources to support customer and maximize obtainable business opportunities within the strategic accounts. * Significantly higher average quota and/or territory. Accounts are key, highly strategic, and have complex requirements. * Responsible for significant key partner relationship management and development. * Responsible for the master strategy for strategic accounts and ensures the strategy is executed.

**Experience working in and with successful track record of selling to large, multi-division OEM organizations this is a MUST 8 years of experience.

Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8 years of related experience or Master s Degree with 6 years of related experience.

Position could be Located in Salt Lake City or Milwaukee or Mid-West USA. However, must have easy access to GE and other big OEM companies.

50%-75%
