We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sr. Network Engineer in our Glendale, CA offices. Position

Requirements:
: - 8-10 years network engineering experience - 4-year degree in computer science, math, engineering or other related field or the equivalent in experience - CCIE certification or equivalent level of experience - Experience working in a large .COM (or similar) networking environment desired - In-depth knowledge of Cisco IOS configuration and troubleshooting across multiple platforms, including: Cisco routers, switches, security devices, and wireless access points is required - In-depth knowledge of other vendors and technologies ? Force10 (FTOS), Juniper (JunOS) is desired. - In-depth knowledge of IP, IP Routing, and IP Multicasting, including OTV, PIM, VLSM, HSRP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IGMP is required - In-depth knowledge of LAN Switching, including VLANs, VLAN Trunking, and Spanning Tree is required - In-depth knowledge of QoS, including policy routing, queuing, and traffic shaping is required - In-depth knowledge of Security, including VPN, ASA/PIX, FWSM, Palo Alto and IPSEC is required - In-depth knowledge of WANs, including MPLS, ISDN, DS1 and DS3 is required. Must also be able to size and provision WAN circuits. - Must be expert with the F5 BigIP load balancing technology, including global and local load balancing with the LTM and GTM, in addition to DNS/BIND - Must have a solid understanding of VoIP and Cisco Unified Communication Manager, including Call Manager 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, Unity, IPCC, gatekeepers/gateways, UCCX, CRS, Telepresence, Power over ethernet and SRST - Experience with networking tools and applications, such as ACE/Network Physics, NetScout InfiniStream, Cacti, TACACS, Tipping Point, and Nagios is desired - Must have a solid understanding of WAN optimization, Riverbed Steelhead experience is desired - Basic knowledge of Unix and MS Windows operating systems required - Must have experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex large-scale networks - Experience in data center design desired, including power allocation and thermal dissipation - Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to function independently with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team environment - Excellent documentation skills - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - Strong customer
