POSITION SUMMARY:



The SR. SALES/OPS PERFORMANCE ANALYST position is responsible to support & assist our US Country B/Us (both back and front office) in the definition, deployment, & discipline of our Schneider Electric sales and operational process and continuous improvement efforts.

This role will be responsible to serve as our US country bFO & E360 champion, and will support our efforts to monitor and measure our US EcoBldgs branches and partners ability to align, understand and adhere to our common processes and standards.

This role will support the Sales/Ops BPE Directors responsibility to assist our B/Us in identifying and implementing continuous improvement change initiatives that will improve their Customers satisfaction and drive our business growth & profitability



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* SUPPORT AND ASSIST OUR BUSINESS PROCESS EXCELLENCE INITIATIVES in working with and alongside our B/Us to assess & address business needs, GAPS, Best Practices, and jointly develop and implement process, tools, and support necessary to achieve & share desired result

* SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE SALES/OPS BPE DIRECTOR EFFORTS to:

* Create, improve and embed standard work practices that optimize the selling, execution and project management of solutions projects and facilitate consistent, high quality and margin delivery of projects.

* Develop & deploy processes, tools, templates, & measures that encourage speed, collaboration and agility and can assist our customers in improving performance.

* Monitor & measure our corporate Sales & Ops Excellence efficiency initiatives assist in the design, definition, and deployment of our critical business systems, process, & tools with focus on Key Metrics related to Sales Performance & BU Adoption of processes

* Promote, influence, and monitor change necessary to achieve successful adoption and success of US Country key initiatives.

SERVE AS US COUNTRY BFO CHAMPION responsible to help solicit & maintain bFO data accuracy & assist in design, development, and deployment of common sales and operational reports, templates, and performance dashboards.

SERVE AS PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR E360 sales & estimating support requests incl ticket assignment, routing, and follow up of completion including reports of open items, help create and distribute standard quality documents, correspondence, and proposal templates to users, and assist with Studio360 development team in the design, enhancement, and training of sales and service estimating features.

SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE:

* 5 years business experience in a Finance, Sr Admin, and/ or Business Analyst role

Successful history of analyzing business processes impacting multiple business units and implementing solutions that gain stakeholder buy in and improve overall business effectiveness

* Demonstrated skill and experience with various Schneider Electric electronic and financial data systems, tools, and processes

Demonstrated success in a systems and service solution business unit, requiring interaction and interface with our branch and partner system integration offices.

Change management skills, process improvement personality, & proven ability to get things done and work alongside & across the business

* Ability to build effective working relationships and achieve results in a cross functional matrix environment

Self starter capable of both strategic and tactical plan development, implementation, & measurement.

* Bachelor degree or post graduate qualification

* Business process excellence or PMI certification (eg. SixSigma) a plus
