Sr Prin Acquisition Professional

Use engineering and program management background to support the DoD with productizing new hardware and software capabilities. Will develop system artifacts and Concept of Operations. Provide acquisition support on functions of program management. Assist program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams. Provide expertise on the myriad of factors that influence cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Advise in the interpretation and tailoring of DoD acquisition regulations and memorandums, and ensure affordable, supportable and effective systems are delivered to the customer. Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs.

Requirements:
Required Education:
21+ Years with HS or 17+ Years with AA or 15+ Years with BS or 13+ Years with MS or 10+ Years with PhDRequired Experience:
Required Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in an acquisition related discipline is required. Professional certification (DAWIA, PMP, CPCM) is required. In lieu of the Bachelor's degree and certification, an additional 4 years of directly related experience for a total of 19 years may be substituted.

Must have at least 15 years of combined experience in DoD program management Must have an engineering and program management background to support the DoD.
