Digital Ticket Analyst, Pharmacy Services and Member Experience will be responsible the intake process of production tickets and enhancements requests. This will include triaging to the appropriate business owners for validation and analysis, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with SLAs, ensuring inclusion on backlog of work with right development partners.


Responsible for leading ticket and enhancement intake process

Cross-functional communication and identification of escalation to leadership as necessary


Bachelor s degree in relevant field or 8 11 years equivalent experience

2-5 years of relevant experience or Master s degree

Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office, the Internet, and data querying; Creative design experience preferred

Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies

Understanding of market research and data interpretation

Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with internal and external partners

Strong client presence and experience conducting client presentations

Knowledge of PBM, or Healthcare industry preferred

Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy a plus

High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, a hands on approach to problem solving, executive presence and a personality that fits a fast paced, energetic and proactive organization
