SUMMARY OF JOB:
Responsible for managing select products within the Build It For Me product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, product management, or marketing in an online environment. The Sr. Product Manager will need to thoughtfully monitor the P must be knowledgeable about the industry landscape.
Identifying customer needs, and defining products and services to facilitate the fulfillment of those needs.
Promote baseline project plans and identify project dependencies.
Communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders.
Monitor product performance and overall customer satisfaction. Recommend enhancements and manage project to completion.
Manage ongoing relationships with product vendors with the goal of leveraging vendor expertise and maximizing product performance.
Resolve customer escalations
Expected to occasionally interact with senior leaders within the Web.com organization as well as outside vendors.
Additional responsibilities may be added, as business needs change.
Bachelors degreerequired in related field (marketing, business)
An MBA or Masters degree preferred " Minimum of five years working in product management
7+ years of previous professional experience
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Self-starter, collaborative, and is adept at developing business strategies as well as being hands on
